By using Pebbli (pebbli.app) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Pebbli is

Pebbli is a gift-discovery tool: you tell us about the people you shop for, and we suggest gifts and link you to retailers to buy them. Pebbli is not the seller — purchases happen on third-party stores under their own terms, pricing, and policies.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can receive your code can access your account. You're responsible for the information you add, including that you have permission to store details about other people.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Pebbli: no scraping, abuse of the AI chat, attempts to break or overload the service, or use that violates the law or others' rights.

Recommendations & third-party products

Gift suggestions are provided for convenience with no guarantee of availability, price, or suitability. Pebbli earns affiliate commissions on some purchases (see our Privacy Policy) but isn't responsible for third-party products, shipping, or returns.

No warranty & liability

Pebbliis provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebbliisn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or any third-party purchase.

Termination & changes

You can delete your account anytime from the profile menu. We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
